I'm having issues with the mobile on the iPhone. I'm getting "an unexpected error has occurred".

on your Iphone go to your general settings then go to reset and you will need to reset all settings the phone will reboot and that should take care of the issue for your Iphone. You will not lose any saved info or apps.
