Enables dynamic streaming of data into Excel
Click the DDE button to make a copy of the current Chart data as DDE links. Open an Excel spreadsheet and paste. Market data will begin streaming to the Excel spreadsheet.
Helpful Tips
- The links are tied to the chart window.
- If you close the chart window, the links break. The document values should change to #N/A:
- If you change the settings on a study, or the bar-interval of the chart, the excel document should change to match.
- If you remove a study, the links for that study break. Re-adding the study will not fix it.
- The excel links will work across restarts of T4.
